Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not accept wire transfers, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, COD, or cash.

2. Shipping & Tax

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard Delivery: 15–21 business days after order placement (economy shipping). Calculated at checkout.

3. Order Verification & Fraud Protection

Buy Direct NYC may verify certain high-value or irregular orders via phone or email before fulfillment. If additional verification is required, we will contact you directly.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at +1 (866) 243-3112 or sales@buydirectnyc.com. Changes and cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed or shipped. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Special or Pre-Order Items: Cannot be cancelled once placed. After shipment, eligible only for exchange or store credit.

5. Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return:

  • Submit your request within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping any return.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.

Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply. Waived for verified defects or our shipping errors.

Non-Returnable: Software, digital products, custom/special orders, items missing serial numbers, items without original packaging and accessories.

6. Warranty & Damage

All products include the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Refurbished items include a 1-Year Buy Direct NYC Store Warranty. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair voids warranty coverage.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

8. Liability, Governing Law & Privacy

Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Privacy & Security: All transactions are encrypted using TLS. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
