Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing all orders placed through BuyDirectNYC.com, owned and operated by NYCBROADWAY LLC (Registered in FL at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 — Online-only. No public showroom.).

1. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24–48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests must be made by phone. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Pre-orders and special orders may incur a 15% cancellation fee.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  • Items must show no signs of use or physical damage beyond the condition in which they were received.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping any return — contact us at sales@buydirectnyc.com or call +1 (866) 243-3112.

Returns sent without a valid RA number will be refused.

3. Return Address

All authorized returns must be shipped to our NY returns facility:

Do not ship to any other address. Packages sent to our Florida mailing address or any other location will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Responsibilities

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

6. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns. This fee is waived if the return is due to our shipping error or a verified product defect.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or electronic vouchers
  • Opened software or OEM-licensed items (unless defective and unopened)
  • Special order or pre-order items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, or hazardous materials
  • Items returned without original packaging and all included accessories

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@buydirectnyc.com with photos and a description. Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

9. European Union — 15-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
